  The structure type is the impact tool cutting tool and machining quality is one important factor. The most commonly used tools are integral structure type, welding, mechanical clamping style, cutting force clamping style and so on. With the development of material science, high-performance, high hardness, difficult to process materials are constantly used in mechanical parts, these parts of the blade material processing and tool structure also made new demands. Bonding-type tool as a traditional tool structure type is an important supplement has been developed. Back in the early 1960s, some developed countries to address the problem of high hardness cutting materials, they begin to test and use the adhesive type tool. Was due to the limited level of technological development for the type of adhesive bonding tool failure (which was mainly the use of organic binder), limitations, so the bonding structure can only be used in less heat, cooling conditions are good tool (such as broaches, reamers, drill bits, shaper cutters, etc.).
